On June 21, 2022, around 11:00 AM, Minnesota State Patrol Trooper Spenser Stockwell (vehicle #49112, 61st Training Academy graduate) was allegedly observed speeding and driving erratically while traveling between the Twin Cities and Jackson, MN over approximately two hours. He was reportedly en route to testify about a speeding ticket he had issued on the same road.
